I bought this monitor in Circuit City 10 years ago. Since then it has been used for over 15 hours of games and movies every day. It still works with no problems. My next monitor will be Viewsonic.

I've been using the monitor for 6 weeks and have had a very good experience with it, the colors are quite crisp and everything is presented well, the recommended resolution is 1680 X 1050 and should be kept for maximum performance, the speakers are not powerful but overall will You are still not using the monitor speakers for listening

Great monitor so far. I lost the digital side of my first monitor 6 months ago. I got a replacement. Another 8 months have passed and now the digital side is down again. Prepare to call the Viewsonic warranty department again.

The monitor was relatively cheap and has worked very well in the short time I've had it. It was easy to set up. It has a resolution of 1680 x 1050 but is only 20 inches wide. It seems to me that it has a sharper image than a 22-inch screen with the same number of pixels in a larger area. I really felt it was the best deal out there in terms of quality.

I had this monitor for almost 2 years, absolutely no problems. In fact, today I buy identical ones so I have the right pair for my graphics card. I'm no video expert but this was a great monitor at a great price and I have no regrets. Accepts 2 inputs and I use it on two computers at the same time.

Having replaced a 4 year old 19 inch Sony Trinitron I was skeptical that the LCD would be as sharp and clear as my old Sony glass CRT. It's better, which surprised me a lot. Once I get the settings right, this monitor is striking in its sharpness and clarity. I bought this monitor as my main monitor, replacing my Sony Trinitron monitor. The performance is disappointing in many ways. First, the color rendering is not very good. I've calibrated the display several times, but to no avail: the color shift is very noticeable, and white is almost impossible to achieve. This is a great monitor for the price - my 15 inch LCD monitor that I bought a few years ago cost more! Colors are rich and vibrant, and the 16:10 widescreen format is ahead of the curve. If you are considering buying a Viewsonic monitor, be aware of this. Viewsonic does not guarantee your product if you clean it with cleaning agents that are not approved by the manufacturer. According to customer service representatives, Viewsonic currently has no approved cleaning products and recommends not touching the screen in any way to clean it or color calibrate it. This makes the portable MacBook 13" suitable as a desktop computer. The price was reasonable, we really liked it and had nothing to complain about.

I am very happy with this monitor. Ideal for gaming and watching DVDs. Great price and they gave me a discount when I bought mine. The only drawback are the speakers. I'm not sure I'll hear from them, but I don't need them. Also, the blue "on" indicator at the bottom center of the screen. It's a stupid place for it and it's too bright. Easy to solve by covering it while playing games or watching DVDs.

I bought this monitor in an open box as is and it has a dead pixel; although I rarely notice it (only when watching full screen movies). Excellent resolution, sharp picture and great overall, especially after 7 years of using an old 17" ViewSonic CRT. Get a new one and you will be satisfied.

The ViewSonic VX2035wm offers high quality at an affordable price. The only criticism is the tiny buttons on the front, which are easier to press with a round toothpick than with your finger. What were the engineers thinking? Enough space in front to make them bigger.

I just got a ViewSonic monitor for 1 year and it broke! I called ViewSonic support and tried to reason with them, absolutely terrible customer service! The representatives were very rude, even hung over me. As it stands, communicating with customers is the best way to avoid "problems" for customer representatives. Great monitor! I really like the size and quality. One thing (and my annoyance) is that the monitor came with a sticker all over the front (above the screen). remove pain! Manufacturers need to stop this - I don't want to mess up the front of my new monitor (or whatever I buy) by trying to get rid of something like this!
