Pros: 20 inches for 1680x1050, good image quality, price (about $277 including shipping paid). Cons: Couldn't get it to work in native resolution (with VGA input). Clueless ViewSonic customer support. Poorly designed control panel buttons. to adjust the volume. ViewSonic seems to have noted customer comments regarding the sticker at the top of the screen, mine was not one of them. I really wanted this monitor to work with my computer, but even after installing the latest graphics card and monitor drivers, WinXP Home SP2 was unable to display the display at the native resolution of 1680 x 1050 via the VGA input bring to. Other brands of monitors worked well. Doesn't help unsuspecting customers. All other screen resolutions make the text blurry. Conclusion: returned to sender. Recommended? Yes, if you are sure that you can return it without restocking or shipping costs.
