I just got a ViewSonic monitor for 1 year and it broke! I called ViewSonic support and tried to reason with them, absolutely terrible customer service! The representatives were very rude, even hung over me. As it stands, communicating with customers is the best way to avoid "problems" for customer representatives. I had such bad experience with ViewSonic, I will never buy products from them again! I think everyone deserves to know what the company's services are before they buy them. Please be aware of this when purchasing ViewSonic products!
