The clip on the edge of my desk works great. Plugs are tight. It seems to be the perfect product, except for . . . The ports are fairly close together. So if you're connecting something wider (like a USB-C charger for your Ipad, or worse, a larger laptop charger for a MacBook), you won't be able to use the connector or connectors adjacent (if there's the middle). You can't put big plugs on the end as that would hit the power button or shut down the USB. If the spacing was longer or rotated 90 degrees it would be much better. Do not complain. I bought 2 and use both of them, but I only have two because I need to plug a large USB-C charger into an outlet, which renders part of the rest of a device unusable. Still recommended, but consider what you need to connect.
