Stuck in Base - Small Appliance Parts and Accessories
I've tried pushing and twisting myNutri balls into the base twice. It stuck past the buttons in 3 slots and got stuck. I had to use a screwdriver to press the buttons in the base's cutouts to remove the cup and blade. I've never had this before. I am disappointed that I have to make an effort to return this product. I'm glad it didn't break my inner ball
