Like many others, I bought the first edition TORRAS iPhone 12 Pro case and found that it didn't fit. Casey from TORRAS customer service contacted me about my request and took care of me directly. Overall, this was probably the most painless customer service experience I've had at Revain. Refunds are almost instant and have been professional with extremely quick responses the whole time. I have now received this new case and have been assured that it fits perfectly. i love this case The appearance has a soft, silky smooth surface and is very delicate. It's a hard case, not a foldable rubber case like some, but it's still soft to the touch. It was a bit slippery at first but I washed it with soap and water and it immediately softened. In my opinion this is the perfect phone case.
