Review on Monroe 37109 OESpectrum Light Absorber by Earl Ton

Revainrating 5 out of 5

No problem. Expected balance between hard and soft handling.

Purchased to replace the original (!) shock absorbers on a 1997 Trooper that we recently purchased. Significantly thicker than the original. No problems installing. The ride isn't overly harsh and some of the typical '90s Japanese SUV body rolls still show, but at least the truck isn't a roller coaster now, much to the dismay of younger family members. Please note that with these (rear) shocks, the only included hardware that required installation was the bottom end bushing (the top end bushing came pre-installed from the factory). You have to reuse old nuts and bolts.
