Review on SocketScan Barcode Scanner Green Charging by Andres Imaging

I received this and had problems almost immediately. So it took me a while to figure out WHERE the problem was in the mess Bluetooth/wired products have today. I did the right thing and went to my POS company and internet company. In the meantime, I'm trying to run a business during a pandemic. They thought we were doing the right thing and it took them almost 3 months to figure it out. Now PC N will not replace defective product. They throw it on the manufacturer socket. They didn't do anything wrong. Blame it on PC Nation and SQUARE! I need to understand everyone else's concerns, how about YOU (PCN) understand mine and show some sympathy. Great scanner but don't buy here.
