I was finally able to install this on our 16', 2' tubular gate which is well under the weight capacity of this gate wheel. First, there are a few things to note about this setup. The wheel spins, but the bracket offset isn't enough for it to spin without hitting the gate unless you want 8-10 inches of clearance under your gate. This requires an offset of 3-1/2". I bolted a piece of Unistrat to the horizontal arms of the gate and then bolted the bracket to it with a U-bolt, hence 2 stars for easy installation. The second spring isn't strong enough. As soon as I pushed the gate latch, the gate fell out of the spring. Keep in mind that my wife can lift the gate and open or close it so that it is under 100# at the end of the gate. Compulsory part accurate description except spring!
