This mount works great. The mount itself is heavy and solid, but the headrest mounts snap securely into place, so it'll likely last at least a year (and possibly longer) of continuous commercial use. I use this mount for ridesharing so my customers can choose their own background music from my 4th gen iPod Touch. I found it's best to share audio for my phone, connected to a Bluetooth headset so I can silently take personal calls and listen to GPS navigation while the customer only hears their audio selection through the car speakers. Often customers want to connect their cell phone to their car stereo via Bluetooth or an aux cable, select music from my MP3 player, listen to the radio or mute the sound entirely and this mount helps expand that choice. It also has four USB charging ports (3 USB A and one USB C) so the number of possible USB ports customers have in my device is around 6-10. Takes some responsibility off me while I drive. The mount itself can be adjusted to float between the two front seats. This frees up valuable space on the center console and front seat backs. Combined with a cargo vending box, complimentary water in insulated rear seat organizers and a garbage bag, my car transforms into a taxi service/mobile jukebox/vending machine/mini fridge/charging station/VIP lounge/garbage service. Hell, if this really works I might land a deathblow, blow my clients brains out, and fail to spend extra money on heated massage cushions. I'm not sure I'll go the extra mile and paint ads on the outside of my car, but in that case why the heck not? A largely synergistic license to print money. Capitalism at its finest.
