Only 3/4 bars work and I can't figure out how to contact the place I received it without a simple return. I would like to exchange only a bad strip if possible. I tried to contact the retailer who sold them to me but couldn't. I contacted manf and they said they don't care and they contacted dist. I found no other option but to return them and buy another set, which I did, although this time I did it through the manager, hoping they would take better care of me next time. To be honest I was totally disappointed. how difficult it was to replace just one part instead of the whole set. With all these issues I would have gone with a different set if there wasn't an addition to the first set. Seems like it would be easier for them as they are now returning a used kit to fix and figure out rather than just a part that I knew was bad.
