The platform is very intuitive, easy to use for beginners as well as experts alike! I really enjoy all aspects about it (the design process included). Nothing at this time - everything works like expected or better than anticipated so far :) We are using WCP from almost 3 years now but we have also used other platforms before that were not nearly such an advanced solution with regard to CMS features yet nor did they offer us more freedom when designing our own templates/layouts etc. It's great if you need just some basic functionality out-of-box then web center pro will be your best choice since there isn't too much customization needed either. In case one needs full control over their website layout including CSS files management and template editing without any limitations regarding supported languages / frameworks; then WPEngine would probably fit even better into consideration.
