A lot of fine tuning is required to minimize ghosting when scrolling.
I didn't buy it for gaming, but mainly for web browsing and regular apps. Scrolling through the news page is tedious, all the text leaves ghostly trails, I've tried adjusting both the display graphics and the onboard settings, nothing helps. I wish I had bought a VA monitor, not sure if this should be a hit to ViewSonic or just VA monitors in general. Updated with the added star, I further tweaked all menu options and managed to reduce ghosting. The downside is that my combination of brightness, sharpness and contrast results in a cold image, but I'll live with that.
- A big improvement over my 20 inch non-working Samsung screen that was finally covered in dust.
