. I have multiple monitors and wireless devices and wanted to be able to swap a cable to go from one to another. Well, the device didn't work on one of the laptops, so I went to Lenovo support and after half an hour of waiting I got a lot of bad advice that didn't make any sense, like "Your laptop can't extend monitors to USB C HDMI only". but I have a cheap targus that I currently use to connect both monitors to my laptop via USB C. They said I was wrong, tech support to send me another link, the person then told me they didn't have the first ones so they sent me to the warranty department instead and they wouldn't do anything until I gave them my address.In the end they said there was nothing they could do and offered to call sales.I'm so frustrated that I did this I will be returning the unit and shipping my laptop back to Costco.
