These packs provide the best relief for sciatic pain! The half-size is perfect for the area being treated - not to large or small - just right! The 2 pack is handy so one is always cold when it's time to swap out. These will stay in the freezer for ever. They are flat and flexible and don't take up a lot of room. So glad I found these!
