Because of the better price I chose Orthosleeve as an alternative to a well known branded compression sleeve for my plantar fasciitis. They are almost identical and I have to say that Orthosleeves are more comfortable ie better suited to my height 13ft. I would not recommend downsizing these compression stockings as I think it would be more therapeutic as the results can be painful, like your foot is in a vise. I would also recommend wearing regular socks or shoes over compression sleeves if you tend to go without them as the nylon material (on both brands) will snag and pull. Overall I would say Orthosleeves is good value for money.
