I love eggs. Egg salad, eggs in my salad, eggs in cookies, etc. Now I have 1 gadget that will cut eggs into thick slices, thin slices, wedges or halves. Too bad nobody thought of making a slicing blade to cut into egg salad cubes so I didn't have to rotate the sliced egg 180 degrees after the first cut. OK.. it's not that hard. What I like best is the design of the base that the egg sits on - it securely holds the whole or sliced egg horizontally or vertically. By combining all of this together, it doesn't take up much space. This is a very useful gadget that I would recommend to anyone who needs or needs an egg slicer. He also cuts firm tofu.
