These are vintage backup units and work great. The blades are sharp, the steel is of high quality, the handles are comfortable, the tool itself is quite light. I've limped around with a wire stripper for years because all you need is a small blade and your kit, but this is *much* better. I prefer this type to heavier general purpose wire strippers, it seems easier to use. I bought it and its heavier gauge cousin (Klein Tools 11055, with yellow stripe) so I can work with any row of wires. I always buy US made tools whenever possible, so I'm glad this will be a worthwhile investment. I recommend.
