Review on Pulse Metrics by Bim Cook

I like that it is easy for our team members who use this software daily as well those in other departments within my organization too understand what we're looking at when using these metrics or reports from them (as they have been very helpful). Nothing really but maybe more options would make things easier? It's not bad though! Just some slight improvements here could do wonders :) Great tool if used correctly by everyone involved - internal/external users alike!! My staff has learned how beneficial all aspects concerning data analytics will benefit their work life overall so far; however there isn't anything specific i dislike about its usage thusfar either :D.
