Review on RecTrac by Mark Tarnowski

I like that the software allowed employees to submit time sheets on a daily basis, and that it was a seamless process to enter overtime, and submit time card for annual leave. I also like that the software allowed for employee time and attendance to be updated as well. I dislike that if you forgot to enter time and attendance information, the employee still received pay for the time. Employees were using the software to enter time and attendance, and submit time sheets. I like everything about this program! It's easy to navigate through the system which makes it very user friendly. Some features could be improved but you can't win them all so we go with what works best at any given time. We use rec trac more than anything else right now because our organization has too many people using different programs (Facebook Groups). This allows us to keep everyone informed as well as have access when needed or wanted throughout out department.
