I like how they are constantly making improvements to their software/website. When we booked our site it was easy enough for me as an individual user but if there were any issues or questions my boss would have been at his computer trying figure out what went wrong! We don't really dislike anything about this system so far - maybe some of the options could be more streamlined (like when you search by town vs location). I like how easy it was to set up our account for my business as well as add new parks/campgrounds! The customer service has been great so far too!! There's nothing really wrong in this software but if you're looking at something more robust then go ahead & give them a try (and maybe even compare prices). The ability to book campsites directly through our website has been great for us! Our customers love it because they don't have to call or wait in line at the office anymore. We can see their reservations instantly so we know who's coming when. I wish there was an easier way to input new reservation information into the system but other than that all of the features are what we need. The software offers a lot of features. I like how easy it was for us to learn all aspects once we started using it. There are some things about the system that could be improved (sometimes difficult to sort out). However, there were many times when our questions were answered quickly by one of their team members who helped get me setup correctly in no time! I like how easy it was to set up my site (my first) using our existing inventory system from Paddle Creek Campgrounds in AZ! I hate having to pay for their premium membership but I think this might change now since they are adding more features at discounted rates as part of their acquisition by CAMPFIRE so stay tuned!! This software makes bookings super easy for us! I used to have an excel spreadsheet but this system was much more efficient in terms of time saved (and money). There are many features we would like and there may be some bugs here or there - however they continue working hard at improving their product over all each release so it only gets better from version update after version upgrade.
