Review on CampgroundBooking by Jerry Chembola

The ability to book campsites directly through our website has been great for us! Our customers love it because they don't have to call or wait in line at the office anymore. We can see their reservations instantly so we know who's coming when. I wish there was an easier way to input new reservation information into the system but other than that all of the features are what we need. It would be nice if you could do some research before purchasing this software. Make sure you're getting exactly what your looking for as not everything works perfectly together. For instance, we used to use one site to enter reservations and another to confirm them. This made things confusing for our staff. Now we just show people where their sites should go by entering those details manually.
