Review on CampgroundBooking by Stephen Parkell

This software makes bookings super easy for us! I used to have an excel spreadsheet but this system was much more efficient in terms of time saved (and money). There are many features we would like and there may be some bugs here or there - however they continue working hard at improving their product over all each release so it only gets better from version update after version upgrade. We don't really dislike anything about our experience using Bookcamp as long term customer support has been excellent without fail since day one when my husband joined me running the business almost 5 years ago now. The biggest benefit by far though? Time savings!! It's amazing how fast you can get through your list if everything works well between systems. All reservations received via phone calls/texts or emails will automatically populate into both reservation lists within minutes upon receipt. Our guests love being able to make changes directly while still having access to information regarding what dates are available which helps them decide whether or not to stay longer.
