The software offers a lot of features. I like how easy it was for us to learn all aspects once we started using it. There are some things about the system that could be improved (sometimes difficult to sort out). However, there were many times when our questions were answered quickly by one of their team members who helped get me setup correctly in no time! We use this software primarily to manage reservations at our vacation rental properties but also help manage day trips from our home base so everyone has access. Being able to book up to 40 sites per month without having to spend countless hours doing paperwork and tracking down records manually makes managing reservation very efficient.
