Fantastic Cheese Domes
They were fantastic. They're fairly sturdy with a rounded edge that sits comfortably on both my large square komal and my number six cast iron skillet. They are also perfect for our pancake makers. We have dairy allergies in the house and they're great for melting vegan cheese and goat cheese, which are generally harder to melt than cow's milk. for her too, not just to go with grilled cheese and quesadillas, but also to make frozen sausages, boil eggs on medium without turning, etc. I'm sure I'll find more over time. Very happy with the product, great price.
