This is a beautiful and durable chair, but the screws used to attach it.
This is a nice and sturdy chair, but the screws that attach the backrest to the chair don't fit. Powell makes it very difficult to solve problems. There's no phone number to call and all you have is a parts order form. I can't speak to anyone on the phone to see if I'm misunderstanding it (which I doubt). A bad product service system gives it three stars instead of five.
