I have a firm mattress and it usually fits my back well, but lately I've been thinking about getting a new medium firm mattress. During my research I came across a memory foam mattress topper and thought this might be the best option since my old mattress is still fairly new. The package arrived tightly sealed in a roll, I cut it open and let the topper expand and inflate for about 2 hours. This one in particular is laced with lavender, but I find the scent subtle and understated. I've had this topper for about 2 weeks and I have to say it has improved my sleep quality. Memory foam is comfortable and conforms to the body. It gives me just the right amount of pillow without feeling like I'm sinking into bed.
