I am terribly disappointed in this expensive device. It's cheap plastic and it's very "fussy" about the shape/size/angle of the food and the "butt" part seems to break it at an angle where the edges are where the food is" crumbles". I've tried sweet potatoes, zucchini. and the apple didn't look like the pictures! - I really think I can rub/cut better and faster with my hands and swear a lot less! I missed the return window - it's my fault but I will be extremely skeptical of purchasing Hamilton Beach equipment in the future.
