UPDATE: Shortened stay due to leakage issues. At first I thought maybe I capped it too tight or just got the whole thing wrong as it leaked a bit. I noticed that after prolonged use, the wine naturally gets into the cracks and leaks a bit when opening and closing the valve. Not much wine comes out, but it's enough to notice when you open it again. I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it is to use. You put it in the bottle like a cork, but with the option of pouring it and then capping it for storage. There is a small drop on the side that allows for pouring when leveling. After you're done pouring, simply hold the base and twist the top to seal the bottle. The design of the spout is great as unlike other designs it helps reduce the amount of wine that can bleed/leak. I have used in the past. The only downside is that if you close the spout too quickly or forcefully, some of the wine may spill out. Not a permanent problem, you just have to be a little more careful.
