I'm a bit of a sheet snob and I usually buy sheets with lots of threads. I also prefer to shop in person and feel the fabric before buying. But because of the pandemic, I haven't gone to department stores, so I decided to try these sheets. So glad I did. The fitted sheet slides easily over my very deep queen-size mattress and stays in place. It's a lot easier to make a bed with this sheet than with a sheet that costs twice as much at the national department store. They are lightweight and perfect for summer; For the winter I will use a denser top sheet. They really smelled right out of the box. A 14 minute wash in warm water with a mild detergent got rid of it. They get softer with every wash and don't roll. 100% cotton so they won't wrinkle. But if you don't overload the dryer, take it out and fold it right after the cycle is complete, you'll end up with fewer wrinkles. Try it!
