Good Quality Shoes
I ordered these shoes for my 16 month old and I am very happy with them. They look great for the price, and while the laces are a bit annoying, just zip the side and don't have to untie them. My son looks quite sturdy in them and doesn't resist putting them on so I think they should be comfortable in something.
