Review on eramba by Mark Adlesh

The most useful features are related to incident management. It provides many options for categorisation of incidents with different levels (low, medium or high). I like how easy it is to use. However there isn't much in terms of reporting or dashboards that make this software stand out from others. So far we have no complaints about eramba as they provide us with all the functionality required within our organisation and more. We've been able to successfully manage risk and compliance across multiple business lines in one place.
