To be honest I wonder if we got the wrong pillow or a fake. I had high expectations for this pillow. But the listing was completely false advertising. The only reason I bought it was because it had the same memory foam and fiber blend as my favorite pillow. Although memory foam is mentioned, photos shown, and the description of this pillow exclaims how it can easily be adjusted for comfort, it actually has NO MEMORY FOAM AT ALL! It is filled with cheap cotton that will flatten out over time like any cheap cotton pillow! This thing shouldn't cost more than $30-40, and even that is generous. I paid almost $100 for it! To make matters worse and to further compound the scam, the pillow was vacuum packed in a small package. Almost all memory foam pillows/pillows/mattresses do the same thing. However, it swells significantly compared to its original size. After all, this is an XL pillow. So now I'm stuck with this giant cotton-filled pillow that offers substandard support that only degrades over time. Oh! Now why am I stuck at this. I asked Revain for help with this and reported false pillow ads. The best solution they could offer me was a $25 partial refund. The pillow is too big to fit in every box I have at home and being disabled my mobility is limited and I don't get around very easily. So I would have to ask my family to help me get the big box and pack it for the return. To make matters worse, although Revane told me we could just accept a partial refund and keep the pillow, it's completely useless to us! It now sits in a tied bag in our dining room because the first day after opening the pillow in our bedroom, my wife and I had an allergic reaction to something in the pillow. We both had prickly, irritated eyes, throats and lungs. I even used myself as a guinea pig to be absolutely sure it was actually a pillow playing around with us (we both have pretty severe allergies) and yes after putting my face directly on the pillow for a few minutes I was absolutely miserable and in need of allergies. medication. Now we've lost about $70 and we'll probably just have to toss the pillow in the trash. We can't use it and I wouldn't risk donating it to someone else after an allergy problem.
