It's a great way for me to keep my 'regular' bike ready and within reach while other bikes are ready but out of the way. Now I have five bikes where I used to have three. The hardware itself is of good quality. The rubber coating on the toe clip feels very strong and durable. The wheel pans are a little short, but they do their job well enough. Drywall screws and anchors are actually better than typical Chinese fasteners. By that I mean they are good enough for attaching wheel wells if pre-drilled for drywall anchors. I made sure to attach the pedal brackets to the wall studs with my own screws as they are where the weight of the bike hangs. Another reviewer noted that these mounts are better than other versions because the screw holes in the pedal mounts are oriented vertically. I agree. If you can hit the bolt, both screws will bite into the wood. I have packed and unpacked my regular bike many times and it has become second nature to me. I put a bungee around the pedal to keep the bikes in the mounts in the event of an earthquake. This set of brackets allowed me to put my car in the garage and still have easy access to my bike. Imagine!
