Review on Fintie PU Leather Coated Hard Cover for MacBook Pro 13 (2019-2016) - Black by Bill Dooley

(slight lifting is advertised, not sure). It has some kind of film on it that gives it a leather/rubber feel, which I like as it gives some grip. It feels like it added a bit of weight as it's a bit firm and not as brittle as others I've tried. There was a small factory half inch area that had a small remnant of an outer faux leather film that I had just wiped off. Gives it the kind of leather chafing I would expect from an old used leather briefcase so it's not that important to me as I expect to have a lot of those things soon. I'm not sure how much protection it offers if dropped, but its main purpose is to keep your finish scratch and dent free and I can see it's doing a good job. I was considering deducting a star for a small blemish, but to be honest it didn't take my eyes off of it. 4 5/8 stars.it
