Dirty tie! ..... in my rating

The tie itself was beautiful and would have been perfect had it arrived clean and carefully packaged.
No attention to detail on the part of the manufacturer. The product was very dirty and could not be repaired upon arrival.

The little boy liked it very much.. looks very cute.
