Nice looking blue and neon green sandals. They are great for quickly dipping in and taking off the sandals. Not great as an active running shoe, foot slips and slides in, wear layers of socks to fill out. The only adjustment strap is at the top. Permanently elasticated on the rest of the upper, there is no way to adjust the tension or loosen these elastic straps. I know Keen Shoes is a competitor here. We own many Merrell & Keen products. The group with the wide legs too. At least the Keen line has an elastic cord system that allows you to adjust whatever would be nice for this sandal. We still hold this sandal because of the looks, it can be a casual outdoor BBQ, lake and river adventure. Not good for being on the run.
