I tried to order Muttluk boots for my dog but they came in almost every size and type and there was no date when they would be in stock so I have I decided to order Ultra Paws Rugged Dog Boots and I'm glad I did. I had absolutely no problems with them. I followed the instructions to measure my dog's foot and they fit perfectly. I have a yellow lab that doesn't like having his feet touched so I wasn't sure if he would wear them at all. It takes a few tries to learn how to put them on, but it's pretty easy once you make sure both straps are untied and pinch the opening. My dog stands right there and lets me put them on. I don't think he's thrilled about wearing them because when they're on he just stands there until I give him a little nudge, at which point he takes off. Yes, he walks a little weird and it makes me laugh, but they do their job. He doesn't go outside when it's below zero because his feet are freezing, but he goes out immediately in boots, even in deep snow. I love that they have 2 straps that hold them in place. I've never taken off a single shoe. Can't comment on how well they hold up for a walk because I haven't done it yet, but for release in the garden they work great. I plan on getting a second pair in the spring when it gets muddy and I let it go. Then I don't keep wiping his feet. They're a bit slippery when skating on ice, but otherwise they're a great pair of boots. I definitely recommend them for your dog.
