This pan is very nicely made. But after seeing how extremely thin it is, and knowing that titanium is even less thermally conductive than stainless steel, and after seeing that the seller now says the pan is only good for cooked food, I WILL NOT EVEN TRY to cook in this thing. When frying bacon and eggs, it definitely does not heat up evenly. You shouldn't bother, even if the surface doesn't stick like crazy without Teflon. And who wants to cook food in a pot that is 8 inches in diameter and 1 inch deep? No thank you. I will use deeper pots for boiling water and making soups or stews. Like I said, it's beautifully made. This is a desirable thing for me as a record. And I think that the pen is not completely useless in this role.
