Updated September 18: The company is responsive to email and helped me get set up. Somewhere I originally thought, seeing in the description (maybe there were comments), that the original block I bought would be suitable for my suburb. It's not like this. But after speaking to the company, they matched my original keychain numbers to a product that would work and in 7 minutes I was ready to go. I sent them back so I had to make an additional purchase. I changed my star rating in this post to 5 instead of 1 because I believe I made the mistake and not the company. Original Post: This item was correctly priced but it did not replace my original item as I wanted. I followed the instructions a couple of times and then someone else did. I tried calling customer service but never got one. I took the key fob to my local parts store to make sure it worked and it did. The directions for my car also seemed correct. It just doesn't last. So take care, check it as soon as you receive it and don't leave it lying around unused after a certain shipping time.
