I didn't find the whole setup particularly comfortable and the image library that came with it wouldn't load onto my computer. I've tried loading and unloading the program, logging in and out multiple times, but to no avail. I contacted Silhouette via email and this was their response. (I'm aware that your designs aren't showing up in your library. I'm happy to help you with that today! Just to clarify, I noted on your ticket that your operating system is Mac Big Sur. If so, Silhouette Studio currently has it unfortunately not the case compatible with this update for Mac. Although we're trying to fix this as soon as possible, we don't know when it will be. Sorry for the inconvenience.) It's easy to import your own projects via JPEG, therefore the lack of free images were not so important to me.
