Worked great at first, but the front panel stopped working after 3 days. It seems there was some kind of lock feature caused by a failed fingerprint login (even I used the right finger when unlocking). The device said it was beeping and the keyboard stopped working. I didn't find a way to stop the beeping until I unplugged and plugged the bridge back in. However, the front panel still does not work. The lock can still be unlocked/locked with your phone and will lock automatically after 30 seconds. I've searched the user manual and the internet but haven't found any information on how to fix the problem. I had to factory reset the device but still no luck. The situation is getting worse! because after the lock reset, the phone app no longer offers the user the option to set up a fingerprint and the beep is back! This time I have to remove the battery to turn it off. I have contacted support, will update if a solution is found. Support, I found a phone number on their home page and called, he contacted a knowledgeable representative, she listened to me and diagnosed the problem as a broken wire connecting the front panel to the back panel. She sent me a replacement unit and now I'm a satisfied customer again. This product is by far the most valuable smart lock (with the same smart functionality) at a lower price than others. Tip #1: When installing the lock, you should treat the wire as delicate parts, do not bend or press it. it's too complicated Tip #2: When setting up app control, update the firmware "connection" first. the problem will be gone after that. If the problem persists, restart the application and try again.
