Great camera. I was very impressed with the camera's size and feel in relation to its image quality. I'm a big fan of direct controls rather than the PASM+ scene mode wheel as it better suits the photography techniques I'm learning and allows me to adjust the camera whether it's on or off. I also like the look of the thing. People don't seem to see the big "professional" camera that allows me to take more natural shots. I wish it had better manual focus assist (tip focus Fuji please) and longer battery life. Hopefully the first software update is still a long way off. The second is somewhat inherent in the nature of the live view camera, and to solve the problem I will take a second battery.
