We received the product, followed the instructions, turned it on and there were constant alarm levels. We called 911 and left the house. The fire department came, checked the whole house, and the readings were wrong. We panicked for nothing. waste of money. By the way, the fire department and I tried twice to remove the battery and "restart” the device, and the third time the readings agreed with the fire department. Now the device can work well, but obviously we cannot trust it.
