I paid for this camera brand new and they sent me a used one instead! Stains and a tiny ping that indicated it had been dropped. The whist strap was already on it and there were no inner plastic bags (pouches) for any of its parts. A battery was already in the cell. How dare it sell like that? new! It was a direct purchase on the site.π
