They are well made and look very nice. Thanks to the wide webbing, they don't form lines on my visors either. I like the fact that they don't damage my visor like many clip on clips do. They are silent too, and my glasses are clenched tight; unlike plastic sunglass holders. And they look great in my car - worth repeating. The only downside is that there aren't many lips to press to open them, which makes putting on and taking off the glasses a little awkward - you don't want to move around trying to access your glasses.
