The platform has all the features that I need to manage my business in one place.The support team are quick to respond to any queries or questions we have.It's not always easy when you're looking at an online product and trying to decide if it will work in your own way of doing things but this isn't the case here as they've made everything so simple! There is nothing about whatshelp i dislike really its just how i do certain tasks which can be done quicker elsewhere but thats no fault of their products. We use whatshelps chatbot feature to help our clients get connected with us when its needed most.
