The best part of my job as an account executive was that I got paid for talking! It's like having therapy without getting sent away from work or paying out-of pocket bills at $50 per session (which can be expensive).
There were times when it felt difficult being so far removed in time zones because sometimes there would only ever have been one call during those hours which made me feel bad if no answer came through but then again maybe they did get their answers elsewhere? Sometimes people don't know what questions need answered immediately versus later down the line - not sure how much this could help them though since most customers aren’t going around asking random question after another just waiting until someone gets back online anyway. Also some clients didn’t really understand why something needed done right now vs next week etc., especially ones who had never.
