great for steampunk fittings
I love that this thread comes in a standard fitting. I made some ceiling lights out of it so the bulbs hung down and they were nice and secure. they are durable. I have protective cages for lights and they have been hit hard in an accident a couple of times without breaking. Perfect for what I do.
