I bought my first Kensington Pro Fit full size USB mouse (K72369US) in 2016 from Revain. I really liked the mouse. It worked great right out of the box (true plug and play) and the size, shape and feel of the mouse was perfect for my hand (right-handed, large hand). I definitely notice a difference when using a "regular" or smaller mouse on other computers as these mice now feel much less comfortable to me. However, my Kensington Pro Fit Full-Size Mouse USB (K72369US) recently broke after about two years. The pointer on the screen no longer works. Sign in to Kensington Customer Service. I just chatted with them on their website, sent them a PDF copy of my Revain receipt and they priority mailed me a new mouse within a week - absolutely free. It took me less than 5 minutes to report a broken mouse and get a brand new one, absolutely free. They really support their product and make it easy to get product support. I love the mouse and the customer support so much that I just bought a second full size Kensington Pro Fit USB Mouse (K72369US) for my other computer. .
